Surf lessons
We offer surf lessons for beginners and intermediates with the best certified instructors. Surfboards and wetsuits will be provided during the course. During the trip you will have 10 days of lessons with two sessions per day (each session lasts +- 2 hours).
The beginners will spend a few days on the foam (broken wave) to practice take-off (stand up on the board) and correct stance/balanceю. The intermediates will work out the basic technique on the unbroken waves.
Also you will have lectures about the most common mistakes, mechanics of the waves, the impotrance of the forecast, surf etiquett, wave catcing lifehacks and choosing the right spot.
Accommodation
Our cozy camp has everything you need for feeling comfortable. Each room can accommodate 4 people (2 bunk beds). The camp has WiFi, large terrace, bar, restaurant, BBQ area and well equipped kitchen.

Where will we live?
In the beautiful location Baleal that is near Peniche. It used to be just a fishing village, but now it's a surfer's paradise. There are many spots for both, beginners and advanced surfers. The landscape allows you to find any spot you need.
Season and weather
Here the season for beginners lasts from spring to autumn, but experienced surfers would prefer any months except summer, although there is something to ride here in summer.
The average air temperature in Peniche in October is about 20-25 °C, water - 15-17 °C. Surfing in wetsuits is pretty comfortable, but don’t forget about sunscreen care to save yourself from burning.
What else?
Besides surfing we are planning a trip to Nazare – world famous big wave spot and beautiful village, where you can feel true surf atmosphere, visit the museum of big wave’s legends and eat burgers on the beach while watching the sunset. While trevelling to Nazare we will have a stop in Obidos, the best example of a Portuguese walled town, where we will discover traditional houses, pretty cobbled streets, an impressive medieval castle and will taste Portuguese typical drink Ginja, liqueur made by infusing sour cherry that is served in a shot form with a piece of the fruit on the bottom of the chocolate cup.
As a bonus you will be enjoying a glass of wine on the stunning cliffs with perfect sunset view. Moreover there will be surf lectures and heavy parties in the local beach bars, bicycle trips to Peniche searching for an icecream.
